- 15oz package of cake mix (this is the standard)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and gather your ingredients.
- Mix everything together in a large bowl.

- If you notice the consistency is a little too “wet”, throw in a spoonful or two of all-purpose flour.
- If you notice the dough is too stiff, then add a bit more vegetable oil or water
- Throw in whatever “extras” you would like. Some options might be…
- A dash of vanilla extract
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Walnuts
- Sprinkles
- Zest from a lemon or orange (if baking with a fruity cake mix)
- Scoop the cookies onto a lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set!
- TIP: If you are using a new box mix, watch the cookies carefully. I have found that some bake faster than others so stay close by!
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the pan for a few minutes before moving to a cooling rack to enjoy!
